The Innovation Centre on the Orleans la Source university campus is home to companies geared to innovation and high technology.
They have the benefit of the proximity of the BRGM scientific laboratories, of the CNRS, the INRA, the IRD and the Université.

Office rent: €96.45 excluding taxes / m² / year, for entrepreneurs
Charges: €50 excluding taxes / m² / year
Business address: €69 excluding taxes
The service charge is €86 excluding taxes per month, and services include:
Access to shared services:
- Reception
- Secretariat
- Photocopier and fax machine
- Meeting room
- Cafeteria
Access to telephony:
- Provision of a telephone line including a DID line and a receiver
- Additional lines cost €4.60 excluding taxes for an analogue line and €7.60 for a digital line
- Answering service: recording of messages
Access to postal services:
- Distribution of mail in the morning
- Franking and dispatching at the end of the afternoon
- Chronopost - DHL.
